Life doesn't always go the way we expect it to. Sometimes life circumstances can leave us feeling isolated and alone; unable to get a handle on things; and feeling like everything is spiraling out of control. 
Through counselling, you can take charge of your life, again. 
Counselling is healthy and normal!
We turn to our friends for guidance and support when we are struggling - but often they lack the skills to be able to help. As a counsellor, I am specially trained to help you identify issues impacting your life and find creative and unique ways to address them.
