Psychometric Tests
Occasionally we will fill in some psychometric tests to measure and record how different symptoms affect you. Please click on the links below to go to the online test. The answers will be emailed to your counsellor who will present these to you at your next session.
WHODAS 2.0 is the World Health Organisation Disability Assessment Schedule. There are 36 questions that measure how affected a person is by disability

PWI-A is the Patient Wellbeing Index (Adult) which measures how satisfied you are with various areas of your life. This is designed for people over 18 years of age

PWI-SC is the Patient Wellbeing Index (School Child) which measures how happy you are with various areas of your life. This is designed for people under 18 year of age

DASS-42 is a Depression, Anxiety and Stress Scale which measures how these affect you. There are 42 questions.
